road test, driving test run
The test-drive part of an inspection. The main rule of chapter 5 is strict: the testing of the requirements it contains is carried out without a road test (art. 5.1b.2). Only where an article expressly allows it is a road test carried out if needed, for instance to establish how a part works (art. 5.2.20). An APK is therefore in principle a static check and not a run round the block.
