Translation
brake test
The test by which a vehicle’s braking deceleration is established. Where the brake test is done on the road, the speed at the start of the test must be about 50 km/h (art. 5.2.38). Usually, however, the measurement is made on a roller brake tester in the workshop; art. 5.2.47 also names the brake test as the moment when the locking of the seat belt is checked.
