What we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is not a badge we award ourselves but a bar we hold our pages against.

What is already built in

  • Contrast in both themes is tested automatically; a token pair that fails

breaks the build.

  • Keyboard. Every interaction works without a mouse, including drag

questions: a "tap-tap" alternative exists for those.

  • Motion. With `prefers-reduced-motion` enabled, animations degrade to a

storyboard of separate frames rather than movement.

  • Extra time. The CBR allows extra exam time; with a dyslexia certificate

the surcharge is refundable.

What is not finished

This page is a draft, and so is the statement itself. Until the audit has been carried out we do not claim to meet AA — we say we are working towards it.
