Withdraw from the contract

What happens next

• You immediately see what you submitted and when. We email the confirmation of receipt, with the content of your declaration and the date and time of submission, to the address you enter (art. 6:230oa(4) Dutch Civil Code).
• We refund without undue delay, no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your declaration, using the same means of payment (art. 6:230r).
• Did you ask, when ordering, for the service to start during the withdrawal period? Then you pay a proportionate amount for the time your access was already running and get the rest back (art. 6:230s(4)). Without that request you get everything back.
• If the service had already been fully performed at your request (the access period has ended), the right of withdrawal has lapsed (art. 6:230p(d)).
