Cookie statement

What we place

Necessary. Signing in, security and remembering your language and theme. No consent is required for these; without them the site does not work.

Statistics and marketing. Only after your explicit consent. Withhold it and they are not placed and the associated scripts are not loaded — not "loaded but inactive".

Users under sixteen

We show no optional categories to users under sixteen. There is therefore nothing there to switch on. This follows from article 5 UAVG.

Withdrawing consent

The "accept all" and "reject all" buttons are equivalent: equally visible, equally large, equally easy. You can change your choice at any time through the link in the footer.

Fingerprinting

We use no fingerprinting and store no device hash. Article 11.7a of the Telecommunications Act treats reading device characteristics the same as placing cookies, and we see no legitimate purpose that would justify it.

The register

The current list of name, purpose, retention and party behind each cookie is generated from `content/cookie-registry.json` — that register is the source, this page the rendering.
