Terms of service

What Wegkompas is and is not

Wegkompas is a learning platform for the Dutch theory exam. We are not a driving school, we do not administer exams and we give no legal advice. The law itself is on wetten.overheid.nl; our texts explain it and do not replace it.

Subscriptions

We offer a monthly subscription and prepaid periods of three and twelve months. The three- and twelve-month periods do not renew automatically. They expire and you decide again. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of at most one month, as article 6:236 of the Dutch Civil Code requires.

What we do not promise

We promise no pass rate and no outcome. Anyone claiming to guarantee that you will pass is promising what nobody can deliver.

Access and misuse

An account is personal. Sharing credentials, automated harvesting of questions and attempts to bypass the paywall lead to termination.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that disadvantages you, we announce it in advance and you may cancel.

Governing law

Dutch law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
