Right of withdrawal

Fourteen days to change your mind

As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. Within that period you may cancel without giving a reason.

Why we still ask you to waive it

Digital services are delivered immediately. If you want access straight away we ask you to agree expressly to immediate performance and to confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This is not small print: it is the only way immediate access and the right of withdrawal can coexist, and the law requires an express act.

Do not tick it and you keep your full cooling-off period — access then starts once the period has ended.

How to withdraw

An e-mail to the address in the footer is enough. No form is required. We confirm receipt and refund within fourteen days by the same means of payment.

What we record

For every consent we record exactly what it said, when you agreed and against which version of the terms. Without that record we could not later demonstrate that the consent was express.
