If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may also use this form. It is not mandatory: any other unequivocal statement is also sufficient, for example an e-mail to the address in Who we are at the bottom of this page (art. 6:230o(3) Dutch Civil Code, BW).

If you withdraw through our online function, we confirm receipt without delay by e-mail, with the content of your statement and the date and time of submission (art. 6:230oa(4) BW). If you withdraw by e-mail or with this form, we confirm receipt by e-mail.
