The document in which the inspector records the outcome of the test and which is the basis for issuing the APK approval. Chapter 5 of the Regeling voertuigen keeps referring to it with the phrase “for the purpose of issuing an inspection report”, and prescribes for instance that certain findings are noted on the report (art. 5.1b.3). The result goes to the RDW vehicle register, so keeping the paper is not needed, but the date remains decisive.
