An electric moped with pedal assistance whose drive keeps working above 25 km/h (art. 1). That is exactly why the same provision excludes it from the snorfiets: it is and stays an ordinary moped, with the helmet duty (art. 60). You pedal yourself, but the law sees no bicycle.
