cycle and moped path
A path indicated by sign G12a and intended for cyclists and moped riders alike. On such a path mopeds may do 30 km/h inside built-up areas and 40 km/h outside them (arts. 20 and 21). Where only G11 (compulsory cycle path) stands, the moped belongs on the carriageway; the light moped follows its own rules and usually does use the cycle path.
