manoeuvring light

A light on the side of a motor vehicle used for additional lighting during slow manoeuvres (art. 1.1 Regeling voertuigen). You may show it together with dipped beam or fog light, but only up to a speed of 10 km/h (art. 41(2)). Above that it must be switched off.
