A moped as referred to in article 1, first paragraph, point e, sub d of the Act (art. 1.1 Regeling voertuigen). It is a separate class for small, slow vehicles admitted separately by law. Art. 20 and art. 21 RVV refer to exactly the same provision when they prescribe a maximum speed of 6 km/h on the pavement or footpath.
