A vehicle equipped to carry a disabled person, no wider than 1.10 m, with no engine or with an engine whose design speed is at most 45 km/h, and which is not a moped (art. 1). Its driver may choose between pavement, footpath, cycle path, cycle/moped path and carriageway (art. 7); on pavement or footpath the limit is 6 km/h (arts. 20 and 21).
