One-way street
What it means
You are on a one-way street; the arrow shows the permitted direction. There is no oncoming traffic.
What it requires of you
No oncoming cars does not mean no risk: in many streets cyclists may ride both ways, and then someone does come towards you. Check the supplementary panel.
Where it stands
At the start of the one-way street and repeated after side streets.
How far it applies
Applies from the sign until the end of the road or until a sign that lifts it.

Do not confuse it with

C3 and C4 inform; C2 prohibits. If you see the blue version you are going the right way.
