A tyre without air chambers, made entirely of an elastic material (art. 1.1 Regeling voertuigen). You find it on forklifts, mobile machinery and slow plant, not on passenger cars. Such a tyre cannot burst or deflate, but it hardly springs and has far less grip on wet asphalt.
