The prohibition on entering the road and on using it (art. 1). Chapter C of bijlage 1 holds every geslotenverklaring, from sign C1 up to sign C22. So it is more than «do not enter»: driving on along that road is covered too. The competent authority may grant exemption from it (art. 87).
