The device or app that shows you the route. If a phone or tablet is used for it, art. 61a applies in full: holding it while driving is not allowed, not even for a quick look. So set the route before departure and use a holder. A navigation voice is not a traffic sign: road users must follow the signs containing an order or a prohibition, and those override the traffic rules (art. 62).
