Before you pay, everything you need to know is here: what you get, what it costs including VAT, how long it runs and how to end it.
Payment happens on Mollie’s secure page: iDEAL, card or Pay by Bank. Card details never touch our site.

How ordering works, cooling-off period and complaints
How ordering works
- You conclude the contract by clicking ‘Order with an obligation to pay’ under a package. You then pay on Mollie’s page. You get access only after a successful payment.
- Before that click you can still change everything: pick another package or tick or untick a box. Chose something wrong? Go back to this page and start again. On Mollie’s page you can still cancel the payment; nothing is charged then.
- We keep the details of your order and your ticked boxes with the text you saw. You also get them in the confirmation e-mail; on request we send you a copy.
- The contract is concluded in Dutch. Translations on this site are for information only.
- We have not signed up to any codes of conduct.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen days to reconsider, counted from the day of purchase (art. 6:230o(1)(a) Dutch Civil Code).
The quickest way to withdraw is online, via Withdraw from the contract. This link is also at the bottom of every page of the site.
You can also withdraw by e-mail or with the model form: tknb.service@gmail.com · Model withdrawal form · All about withdrawal
If you do not tick the box to start right away, your access starts only fourteen days after payment. If you withdraw within those fourteen days, you get the full amount back.
If you do tick it, you expressly ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period (art. 6:230v(8) Dutch Civil Code) and your access starts right away. If you then withdraw within the fourteen days, you pay a proportionate part of the price, in line with the time you already had access (art. 6:230s(4)). If your access period is already fully over, the service has been fully performed and you can no longer withdraw (art. 6:230p(d)).
The law obliges us to supply digital content and services that conform to the contract; you can always rely on that statutory regime. Wegkompas works in any modern browser on phone, tablet and computer — no installation, no copy protection, for as long as your access period runs.
